WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Virginia drivers may purchase special Colonial Williamsburg license plates for their vehicles under a program with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

A four-unit condominium in Williamsburg was badly damaged Tuesday night by a fire that might have been started by a lightning strike.

Colonial Williamsburg has enough prepaid applications to go forward with a specialized license plate through the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.
